outdated bathroomforgotten sock
The bathroom was quite outdated. It reminded me of stepping back in time. i also found a sock left behind by a previous guest. the air conditioning wasn't adjustable from the room. I had to call the front desk each time i wanted to change the temperature. it was inconvenient and made the room either too cold or too warm.

The location is really spot on! It's super central and close to everything. The staff, were helpful and always super friendly, which i appreciated. Breakfast offers loads of choice and is delicious. the room was so clean. I could come back anytime.
The room i stayed in was quite small, especially for the price. It was a bit of a squeeze, but it worked for my short stay.

The room included modern style bathroom with air conditioning. The beds were very comfy,. I found perfect cleaning in the rooms and appreciated the hotel's good maintenance.

Breakfast was lovely for the minimal price and the variety was good. I could choose from cereals, bacon, eggs, various breads for toast, and good coffee. Juices and spanish omelette were also available every morning.

The staff provided various tips around the area and was very helpful. The receptionist did the necessary for remedial action regarding guest issues. They were also friendly and always ready to assist and accommodate requests, which I liked.

hallway noisemissing shampoo
I found a couple of things a bit disappointing. the lack of soundproofing was noticeable. I could hear hallway noise easily. also, toiletries weren't replenished daily. I had to ask for more shampoo. it just felt a bit under-serviced at times. the room was smaller than i expected, especially considering the price i paid.

I found the room super clean it had everything I needed. The location suited my needs well the attractions were close. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of foods available.
The noise from the street was quite loud at night I had difficulty sleeping. The bathroom was small it lacked counter space.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
small roompoor window insulation
the room size was smaller than expected. also, i found the noise levels quite high due to poor window insulation. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times. there was also no water or coffee available in the room, a minor inconvenience.
